1. The “Wowcher Wallet” is where any credit that you may have been awarded to use on www.wowcher.co.uk (the “Wowcher Website”) will be found.

2. You can see the current balance in your Wowcher Wallet and the historical balance by logging onto the Wowcher Website and viewing the “My Account” pages.

3. Any credit in your Wowcher Wallet will expire at midnight on the expiry date set out in the communication awarding you the credit or, if no date is set out when you are awarded the credit, at midnight 3 months from the date of the communication to you awarding you the credit.

4. If you are awarded credit to your Wowcher Wallet, the credit can be applied when you next purchase a Wowcher on the Wowcher Website.

5. If you cancel a Contract for a Wowcher which you have bought using any Marketing Credit in your Wowcher Wallet you will forfeit any such Marketing Credit and we will only refund you the amount paid for the Wowcher in full less any such Marketing Credit. "Marketing Credit" is any credit which has been awarded to you by Wowcher at no charge as part of a promotion in accordance with our E-Commerce Terms

6. Wowcher Wallet Credit cannot be used in conjunction with a Promotional Code. Customer must choose to use either the Wowcher Wallet Credit or a valid Promotional Code.

7. Individual deal exclusions may apply. Please check the fine print of each deal to validate that Wowcher Wallet Credit can be applied towards the deal.

8. If credit has been awarded via the "Spin to Win" lightbox, then a user must complete a purchase of a specific value to unlock that credit. If a user wins

• £5 they will need to complete a purchase of £50 to unlock this credit
• £10 they will need to complete a purchase worth £100 to unlock this credit
• £20 they will need to complete a purchase worth £200 to unlock this credit

9. If credit has been awarded via the ＂Mystery Credit on Checkout＂, then a user must complete a purchase and opt into marketing to unlock that credit. A Mystery Credit will be issued between a value of £5 - £15.

10. If a user refunds the purchase which unlocks the ＂Spin to Win＂ credit or the ＂Mystery Credit on Checkout＂ credit, then the credit will be revoked.
