
Q: How do I earn points? (Back to Top)
A: You can earn points by either making purchases OR participating in bonus activities. For purchases, you will get 100 points for every £1 that you spend on Wowcher.co.uk. For bonus activities, you will earn a different number of points for each activity:

Q: What types of purchases are eligible for points? (Back to Top)
A: Only payments in cash are eligible for points. You will not receive points for purchases made with Wowcher Wallet Credit. Some deals are not eligible for points. If a deal is eligible, you will see a pink banner in the top right corner of the deal photo when you "View" a deal stating how many Club Wowcher points a deal is worth:

Q: Where can I see my points balance? (Back to Top)
A: You can see your points balance by clicking on "My Account" and then the "Club Wowcher" tab.
Q: When can I "cash in my points" and convert them into Wowcher Wallet Credits? (Back to Top)
A: You can convert your points to Wallet Credits once you reach the Bronze level, which requires that you make at least 1 purchase from Wowcher and accumulate 5,000 points.
Q: Will I lose my membership level when I exchange my points for Wowcher Wallet credit? (Back to Top)
A: No. When you exchange your points, your overall membership progress won't go down. For example, if you reached the Gold level and cashed out all your points (go you!), you would still remain at the Gold level even though you now wouldn't have any points in your account.
Q: Do my points expire? (Back to Top)
A: Yes, your points expire 6 months from the date you were credited the points. All of your active points are displayed in My Account > Club Wowcher, under "Current balance".
Q: I bought a Wowcher, but I haven't been awarded any points. Why? (Back to Top)
A: When you purchase a Wowcher, points are awarded 30 days after the purchase date to allow for any refunds you may request.
Q: I completed a bonus point activity multiple times, but the system seems to not be giving me any more points? (Back to Top)
A: Most bonus point activities have "anti-gaming" features. For example, you cannot simply keep subscribing to a location and accumulating points. In this situation, you are limited to a certain number of points per day for the 'subscribe' behaviour. Anti-gaming features are in place to make Club Wowcher a happy, fair environment where real Wowcher-ers can get the most rewarding experience possible.
Changes To These Terms And Conditions
Wowcher reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time (including but not limited to the method of earning or redeeming points; the number of points required for each Level; the number of Levels and the benefits associated to the Levels; the conversion rate of points to Wowcher Wallet Credits; and the Fair Usage Policy/anti-gaming features) upon reasonable notice to you. Please refer to the Site for the latest copy of these Terms and Conditions. You shall be deemed to have agreed to any modifications, withdrawal, amendment or addition to these Terms and Conditions by continuing to use the Site.
Wowcher has a Fair Use Policy in place and so we may cancel any points and revoke any exchanged credits where we reasonably believe you to have contravened the Fair Use Policy.
