BBQ Ideas
If you're looking for some tasty ideas for your BBQ, then you've come to the right place. Whether you need our advice on where to put your BBQ or you need some food suggestions, we're here to help! We personally think that the best spot for a BBQ is on the patio. All of your garden furniture is usually on the patio so everyone will be able to sit around together and be in close proximity to the food, and whoever is playing chef can easily take a break every now and then and still keep an eye on the grill! If you're needing food inspiration, then start with the classics, burgers, sausages, steaks and throw some halloumi on too! We have this 36pc meat hamper to help you get started!
Gas Barbecues
Gas barbecues are a great option for your garden BBQ! We have this foldable garden gas BBQ for you to get your hands on. It features 2 gas burners, which you can individually control giving you 2 different cooking areas to cook meat, veg, bread and more. There's also a thermometer so you can easily keep track of the temperature and adjust it if you need to. The handle is cool touch so you can open and close the lid safely when required. The best part is that it's foldable, it comes together, and with 2 wheels and a handle, you'll easily be able to take it with you to a mates house or on holiday!
Charcoal Barbecues
Hopefully the sun is here to stay, and you can get outside and enjoy the sunshine with some great barbecue food! We have this charcoal BBQ & smoker which is ideal for making tasty dishes. It features a metal grill so you can easily grill your food, and there is also a lid on the barbecue so you can seal the flavour in whilst it is cooking! There are also air vents and a thermometer so you can easily regulate and control the temperature. It's very simple to put together by yourself at home, and it has large handles, so if you need to take it to someone else's house with you, you'll have no problems transporting it!
Another option is this fire pit BBQ. This grill is a lot smaller than others we've mentioned so far, which makes it ideal if you haven't got a lot of space to work with in your garden, and it also leaves plenty of space around the outside for your guests to mingle! It's perfect for grilling chicken, steaks, burgers, sausages, kebabs and whatever else you normally throw on your BBQ. It also features a mesh safety lid, which is designed to stop anything from the fire blowing out at you or around your garden, so you'll be well protected!
Pizza Ovens
They're not technically classed as BBQs, but we're mentioning them anyway! Get your hands on a pizza oven where you'll be able to recreate your very own pizzas straight from home. The best part is that your pizza will be ready within 5 minutes, quicker than ordering a takeaway! You can add whatever toppings you want to create your masterpiece. It's durable thanks to it being made of iron, so you can expect to be tucking into tasty pizzas for a long time!
What's The Best Barbecue?
There is no specific answer as to which is the best barbecue as it comes down to personal preference and how you're going to be using your barbecue. It's a good idea to have a think about what sort of foods you'll regularly be cooking on your BBQ, as all the types we've listed above have positives and negatives. Charcoal grills do cook faster and reach hotter temperatures than a gas grill does, but bear in mind that most foods you cook on there will not need these high temperatures. Also, it depends on if you need the BBQ to be portable so you can take it to other places with you. Generally, gas BBQs and charcoal BBQs can be transported easily, but fire pit BBQs cannot.
