The classes cover everything from yoga positions to Bollywood dance techniques all set to a soundtrack of songs from popular Indian films. A great way to keep fit and learn a new skill. Classes take place at Regents Park on Tuesdays at 8.15pm and at Swiss Cottage on Thursday at 6pm. Redemption is easy: once the deal ends you will be sent your wowcher.
