Cocktail masterclass

Cocktail: Master the art of cocktail making with a two hour masterclass for two at Spirit of Wales.Masterclass: Shake and stir your own collection of cocktails, as directed by the cocktail professionals before putting them to the taste test!

Each class is 1 hour class starting promptly at 5.30pm for class 1, then 7.15pm for class 2, and 9pm for class 3.Menu: Choose three dishes from a selection of 30 dishes including Korean BBQ wings and Yuzu pork belly, along with seared salmon maki, spicy aubergine, red dragon roll, and salmon tataki with lime marmalade.

Includes 4 cocktails and one shot!.Masterclass: Cold weather can make us all a little bored but a cocktail masterclass might make it feel warmer, atleast on the inside!Valid: Wed, Thu and Sun 6pm 10pm; Fri and Sat, 6pm 8pm.
