Briefing: You'll have an instructor with you to show you the ropes! They'll give you a safety briefing for each activity and keep a close eye on you. Adventure: Enjoy an adventure day at Truth and Trust Adventure, Derbyshire. Activities: You will get to experience some exciting gorge walking and bridge abseiling bound to raise your heartbeat. Perfect for: Anybody who wants to try something new and challenge themselves with some new activities. Valid: Mon - Sun, 8.30am - 3pm. Process: Your adventure day begins once you receive a briefing sheet with information about what to expect on the day.
